I truly enjoyed my stay at a hotel right by the stunning Playa La Cala, just a few steps away, where I could enjoy long strolls along the sand and soak in the views of the sea, not to mention the lovely Bil Bil Castle, only a short walk away, which provided a perfect backdrop for my leisurely walks in the area. the kind cleaning staff and generous breakfast people made my mornings that much brighter, though the check-in experience could use some improvement due to the long wait times.

Had a pleasurable stay with fantastic sea views and courteous staff. The variety at meals was impressive, though some food could have been hotter, and the busy restaurant made dining a bit hectic. Overall, great amenities and a lovely pool area contributed to a relaxing holiday.

The hotel is situated near the beach, with a lovely sea view from our room. The pool area was a hit with the kids, offering plenty of space to swim and play. We particularly appreciated how clean and well-maintained the hotel was throughout our stay, especially traveling with elderly parents.

In my wife’s opinion, the food options were quite limited for kids, especially during late dining hours.

One downside was the male lifeguard who seemed unfriendly. he blanked us when we tried to chat, which felt a bit off for the otherwise friendly vibe.

However, the initial room allocation was frustrating. after three hours of waiting, we felt the service was lacking. Additionally, inconsistency in the view promised versus what we received added to our disappointment.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on valentine's day, exceeding our expectations from previous visits to benalmadena. The fine views from our room were amazing, overlooking the beautiful sea. The attentive staff, ensuring everything was perfect for our romantic getaway.
